CET crew

Complete Technical Production

Planning, equipment selection, stages and platforms, installation, technical crew, power and dismantling as one integrated event system.

Complete Technical Production

CET crew takes responsibility for the technical side of an event: from understanding the objectives and designing the solution to installation, configuration, system operation during the event and dismantling.

The client does not need to select individual equipment or coordinate separate technical disciplines. Staging, installation, technical crew and power are planned as parts of one complete solution and are not offered as standalone services.

The solution is developed around the event format, venue, client requirements and vision, while taking the agreed budget into account.

One Point of Responsibility for Technical Production

The client can describe the objectives in practical terms without selecting equipment models or designing a technical scheme. CET crew translates the event format, venue conditions and client requirements into one integrated technical solution.

From Objectives to an Operational System

The workflow covers gathering requirements, a venue review where needed, technical planning, equipment selection, budgeting, installation, configuration, system checks, technical operation during the event and dismantling.

Stages, Platforms and Suspension Systems

The complete solution can include stages and platforms as well as suspension systems for lighting and LED screens. Their configuration is coordinated with the other production systems and the requirements of the specific event.

Installation, Configuration and Dismantling

Equipment is delivered, installed, connected and configured as one system. Required primary and backup paths are checked before the event. Afterwards, the equipment is dismantled and prepared for transport.

A Technical Crew Defined by the Project

The technical crew is defined by the scale, format and complexity of each project. Specialists operate the systems as one production, so the client does not need to coordinate every technical discipline separately.

Power as Part of the Technical System

Connections, cabling, power distribution and required backup are planned together with sound, lighting, video and the other systems. The exact configuration depends on the equipment, venue and project needs.

Coordination with the Venue and Other Contractors

On most projects, CET crew coordinates technical requirements with the venue, its staff and other contractors. When working as a subcontractor to an agency or another production provider, our scope is integrated into the agreed overall system.

Kyiv-based Team, Projects Across Ukraine

The team is based in Kyiv and can deliver projects in other regions of Ukraine. Travel and accommodation for the team are included separately in the budget for projects outside Kyiv.
