Video Courses and Masterclasses

Technical production for masterclasses, video courses, corporate training, instructions, onboarding and product training at the client’s location.

Video Courses and Masterclasses

CET crew builds a temporary production studio at the client’s location and provides the technical production of educational video content. The client supplies the programme, script, lesson structure and speakers, while we design the camera, sound, lighting, recording and post-production workflow.

A Studio at the Client’s Location

We build a temporary production studio where the client can conveniently work with speakers, equipment, products or operational processes. This allows training content to be produced without moving the entire team and working environment to a separate studio.

The camera, sound, lighting, presentation and recording setup is defined by the project and desired final result.

Training Video Formats

The technical solution can support recorded masterclasses, modular video courses, corporate training, instructions, educational presentations, onboarding and product training.

A project may consist of one completed video, a lesson series or separate modules recorded according to an agreed schedule.

Technical Production of the Approved Programme

The programme, script, lesson structure, speaker preparation and speaker selection remain the client’s responsibility. CET crew does not develop the course methodology, but turns the approved programme into a clear technical production plan.

We define the recording sequence, equipment, signal workflow, crew operation and source materials required for post-production.

Cameras, Sound and Lighting

Depending on the format, we use one or more cameras, separate sound recording and a lighting solution for the speaker, products and working area. Cameras can capture wide, medium and detailed views for editing.

Sound is controlled separately from the cameras so the speaker remains clear and operational or production sounds are captured only when they support the content.

Presentations, Demonstrations and Screen Capture

Presentations, software demonstrations, the instructor’s screen, product workflows and other visual materials can be integrated into the recording. Depending on the project, they are captured as separate signals or combined with the video during production.

This provides sufficient source material for editing and helps explain the process clearly to the viewer.

Remote Instructors and Private Live Sessions

Remote instructors or participants can be connected to the training project. Their sound, video, presentations and interaction with the local speaker are integrated into one technical system.

When required, the training can run as a live or private online session for a defined audience while the materials are recorded at the same time.

Separate Source Signals for Editing

Cameras, presentations, screen content, speaker audio and other sources can be recorded separately. The exact signal set is defined before production according to the planned editing workflow.

This makes it possible to select the required views, adjust the content sequence and combine the speaker’s explanation with presentations or demonstrations.

Editing and Sound Processing

The core technical workflow can include editing the recorded material and processing the sound. The scope depends on the number of lessons, recording duration, content structure and agreed final format.

Before production begins, we agree which files and versions must be delivered when the project is complete.

Optional Content Finishing

Colour correction, titles, graphics, intros and subtitles are available as additional services based on the client’s requirements. Their scope depends on the brand identity, language versions and publishing platform.

The client describes the desired result, and we define the technical stages required and include them in the project estimate.

Delivery of Completed Content

Completed materials can be delivered as files or uploaded in the client’s preferred way to YouTube, an LMS or a corporate platform. File formats, folder structure and delivery method are agreed before the work is completed.

If the platform has specific technical requirements, they are considered when preparing the final versions.
