Privacy and Personal Data Policy
This Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected when using the CET crew website.

1. General provisions
This Policy applies to cetcrew.com and its pages.
The personal data controller is Individual Entrepreneur Anatolii Kukoviakin (ФОП Куковякін Анатолій Олегович) , operating under the CET crew brand.

2. Personal data we process
Depending on how the Website is used, we may process:
- name;
- company name;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- event date, type, city or venue;
- number of participants and description of the request;
- review text and rating;
- technical information necessary for the Website to operate.
CET crew does not collect payment card details through the Website.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Personal data may be processed to:
- receive and process project requests;
- communicate with potential and existing clients;
- prepare proposals and take steps before entering into a contract;
- provide and administer services;
- receive, moderate and publish reviews where separate permission is given;
- protect the Website against abuse, spam and security threats;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where consent is required, it is obtained through a specific action such as selecting the relevant checkbox.
4. Project request forms
Information submitted through a request form is used to review the request, contact the user and prepare a possible technical or commercial proposal.
Submitting a request does not itself create a contract.
Providing an email address in a project request does not automatically subscribe the user to marketing communications.
5. Reviews and publication
Reviews submitted through the Website are subject to moderation.
Permission to publish a review is separate from consent to process personal data.
Where publication is permitted, CET crew may publish the review text, rating, author's name and company name where those details were provided.
The author's email address is not published.
Publication or use of logos, photographs, videos or other media materials requires a separate permission or other lawful basis and is not automatically covered by permission to publish a review.
6. Cookies and technical data
The Website may use strictly necessary technical cookies and similar browser storage required for security, sessions, form protection and user preferences.
If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced in the future, this Policy and the consent mechanism will be updated where required.
7. Data recipients
Data may be processed by technical providers required to operate the Website and communications, such as hosting, email and CRM service providers, only to the extent necessary.
Data may also be disclosed when required by Ukrainian law.
CET crew does not sell personal data.
