CET crew

Corporate Events

Technical production for presentations, awards, company anniversaries, parties, team-building events, product launches, strategy sessions and meetings.

Corporate Events

CET crew turns a corporate event run of show into one managed technical system, from staging, sound, screens and lighting to video, presentations and multiple event zones. The client describes the format, requirements and desired result, while we design and operate the technical production.

Technical Production Designed Around the Event

A corporate event starts with an understanding of the format, run of show and desired result rather than with an equipment list. The client can describe the task in their own terms, while CET crew defines the technical systems and specialists required to deliver it.

The solution reflects the client’s requirements, vision and budget. Every component is designed as part of one system rather than as a collection of separately rented equipment.

Corporate Event Formats

We provide technical production for presentations, award ceremonies, company anniversaries, parties, team-building events, product launches, strategy sessions and meetings. The technical structure is defined by the programme, audience, venue and type of interaction rather than by the event label.

A focused meeting and an event built around a large stage require different solutions, but in both cases the systems must be clear to the organiser and work together reliably.

Multiple Zones as One Technical System

A corporate event may use a main hall, an additional stage, a welcome area, a photo zone, a coffee-break area or separate activities at the same time. Each zone receives its own sound, lighting, screen, video and crew-communication plan.

CET crew coordinates these zones around a shared schedule, so the client does not need to manage every technical team separately as the programme moves between spaces.

Staging, Sound, Screens, Lighting and Video

A complete solution may include a stage or platform, suspension systems for lighting and LED screens, sound systems, microphones, stage and decorative lighting, LED screens or projection, presentation systems and multi-camera video.

The configuration depends on the run of show and the venue. Equipment is selected to help participants see, hear and understand the programme rather than to build an equipment list for its own sake.

Technical Operation Around the Run of Show

During the event, the technical crew works to the approved schedule and run of show: supporting speaker, host and performer entrances, switching presentations and video, and cueing music, lighting scenes and screen content.

This coordinated operation turns equipment into a complete technical solution. The client does not need to manage every technical cue during the programme.

Brand Identity Across Event Visuals

The client’s brand identity can be integrated into presentations, bumpers, screen content, titles and the broadcast. Visual materials are prepared for the technical formats in which they will be used during the event.

This creates one consistent visual language across event zones, the stage, local video and online output.

Technical Rehearsal and System Checks

Before the event, the crew checks the equipment, signals, presentations, video, microphones, screens, lighting scenes and interaction between systems. A technical run-through verifies the cue sequence in the run of show.

A complete rehearsal with all speakers, hosts or performers is arranged at the client’s request. If the materials or programme reveal technical risks, we raise them before the event starts.

Hosts, Performers and Selected Event Styling

Hosts and performers can be included in the project on request. Their work is reflected in the run of show, timing, stage preparation, sound and lighting solutions.

As part of a complete solution, CET crew can also provide banner structures and decorate the venue with lighting. Other decorative elements are not included automatically and are defined separately.

Coordination with the Venue and Other Contractors

On most projects, CET crew coordinates technical requirements directly with the venue, its staff and other contractors. We align access, system placement, connections and the sequence of technical work.

When CET crew works as a subcontractor to an agency or another organiser, our responsibility is limited to the agreed part of the project.

Kyiv-based Team, Projects Across Ukraine

The CET crew team and main technical base are located in Kyiv. We can deliver corporate events in other Ukrainian cities when the project allows the required time and budget for logistics, travel and crew accommodation.

The crew composition, number of technical zones and work schedule are defined separately for each event.
