CET crew builds a technical system for any combination of in-person and online participation. The client describes the event scenario and required outcome, while we design, configure and operate the technical components.

One System for In-person and Online Participation

A hybrid event can use any combination of participants in the venue, remote speakers and an online audience. We build one managed system in which sound, video, presentations, screens, streaming and recording operate as parts of the same event scenario.

Hybrid Event Formats

The technical solution can be prepared for a conference, forum, corporate event, training session, strategy session, presentation, press conference or another format requiring a combination of physical and remote participation.

Remote Speakers and Pre-event Checks

Before the event, we check each remote speaker’s connection, camera, microphone and presentation materials. When required, we explain the joining process and run a technical rehearsal to coordinate the speaker with the programme in the venue.

Interaction Between the Venue and Online Audience

Remote participants can be shown on screens in the venue, while questions, polls and chat can be integrated into the event flow. Technical operation or moderation of the online room can be included when required.

Sound, Video, Presentations and Screens

Sound and video from the venue, remote-participant feeds, presentations and screen content are combined into one technical system. This creates a coordinated programme for both the audience at the venue and participants online.

Platforms and Corporate Systems

We work with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, vMix Call and private corporate systems. The integration method is defined by the platform requirements, event scenario and the client’s technical constraints.

Streaming and Recording

Within one event, we can simultaneously provide the online stream, remote-speaker connections, local screen output and programme recording. Individual signals can also be recorded when required by the project.

Redundancy for Critical Components

The level of redundancy is defined by the event requirements and budget. Depending on the project, we can provide backup internet connectivity, UPS power for the control area, playback devices, microphones and a backup streaming page. A generator or reserve personnel can be included when required.

Simultaneous and Remote Interpretation

Simultaneous or remote interpretation can be integrated into the hybrid system. Language channels are delivered to participants in the venue and online according to the event scenario, platform and number of languages defined by the project.

Technical Crew and Coordination

CET crew coordinates technical requirements with the venue and other contractors when the project requires it. When working as a subcontractor, we deliver the scope defined by the organiser. Our team is based in Kyiv and can deliver projects across Ukraine, with travel and accommodation reflected in the budget.
