CET crew designs, supplies and operates simultaneous interpretation systems for conferences, forums, business and hybrid events. The technical setup is planned around the event format, venue, required language channels, streaming and recording.

A Simultaneous Interpretation System Designed Around the Event

The client does not need to define the equipment list or signal workflow. We clarify the event format, languages, audience, speaker and interpreter workflow, then design a technical solution around the project's needs, priorities and budget.

Equipment and Language-Signal Distribution

The technical system can include interpreter consoles, source-audio feeds to the booths, language-channel creation and distribution to participants. Its configuration depends on the event workflow, venue and the other production systems in use.

Interpreter Booths and Workstations

Floor-standing and tabletop Euro-standard booths are available for on-site work. Booth type, position, stage visibility and connections are coordinated with the venue layout and interpreter workflow.

Language-Channel Capacity Is Defined by the Project

The number of channels is not fixed by a standard package. It is defined by the event's language structure, interpreter teams, audience needs, streaming and recording requirements.

Interpreters and Workflow Coordination

CET crew is responsible for the technical system and its operation. When required, we engage vetted external interpreters and coordinate the technical conditions for their work. Team composition depends on the languages, subject matter and event workflow.

Streaming, Recording and Remote Interpretation

Individual language feeds can be delivered to an online stream and recorded. Remote interpreter workflows are also supported when the event design and communication links allow reliable integration with the complete technical system.

Integration and Technical Operation

The interpretation system is integrated with venue sound, speaker microphones, video production, streaming and recording. Before the event, the source and language feeds are tested; during the event, the technical team monitors system operation.

Kyiv-based Team, Projects Across Ukraine

The CET crew team and main technical base are located in Kyiv. Projects can be delivered in other regions of Ukraine, with logistics, team travel and accommodation included in the project estimate.
