Hybrid Event at a Kyiv Lyceum

The task was to provide full technical production for a hybrid event held at a Kyiv lyceum. The event brought together around 100 in-person attendees and remote speakers connected via Zoom.

The scope included video production, public live streaming, sound reinforcement, wireless microphones, additional lighting for the speaker area and video output to the venue’s existing LED screen.

All systems had to operate reliably throughout the five-hour programme, with a complete recording delivered to the client after the event.

A two-camera production system with live video switching was set up for the event. The programme was streamed to YouTube, while remote speakers were connected and managed through Zoom.

The sound system included CET crew’s own PA equipment and four wireless microphones. Additional basic lighting was installed because the venue’s existing light was insufficient for the speaker area.

A dedicated signal line was routed to the connection point on the second floor behind the venue’s existing LED screen.

Installation and full system testing were completed the day before the event. During the programme, a three-person crew managed the broadcast, cameras and sound.

The event followed the planned schedule. The live stream remained stable and uninterrupted, while remote speakers maintained a reliable connection with the venue.

Sound, video, lighting and LED-screen output operated as one integrated system throughout the programme from 11:00 to 16:00.

After the event, the complete recording was prepared and delivered to the client.
